BY-LAW NUMBER 2078/85
Being a by-law to provide for the holding
of an additional advance poll on Wednesday,
October 30, 1985
WHEREAS pursuant to section 66.2 of the Municipal Elections Act,
R.S.O. 1980, chapter 308, as amended, the council of a munici-
pality may by by-law passed before nomination day provide for
the holding by the clerk of additional advance polls;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
That an additional advance poll be provided on
Wednesday, October 30, 1985.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally PASSED
this 16th day of September 1985.
