HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 2077/85THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING BY-LAW NO. 2077/85 Being a by-law to exempt Blocks 16 and 17, Plan 40M-1254, Pickering, from part lot control WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 49(7) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1983, chapter 1, the council of a municipality may by by-law provide that section 49(5) of the Act does not apply to certain lands within a plan of subdivision designated in the by-law; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: Section 49(5) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1983, chapter 1, to the lands described as follows: Blocks 16 and 17, Registered Plan 40M-1254, Pickering does not apply This by-law shall not come into effect until approved by the Regional Municipal- ity of Durham.
