BY-LAW NO. 2060/85
Being a by-law to exempt Lots 1, 2 and Block
11, Plan 40M-1323 and Block 18, Plan 40M-1322,
from part lot control.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 49(7) of the Planning Act, 1983,
S.O. 1983, chapter ], the council of a municipality may by by-law provide that
section 49(5) of the Act does not apply to certain ]ands within a plan of subdivision
designated in the by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Section 49(5) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1983, chapter 1, does not apply
to the lands described as follows:
Lots 1 and 2 and Block 11, Registered Plan 40M-1323, Pickering, and
Block 18, Registered Plan 40M-1322
This by-law shall not come into effect until approved by the Regional Municipal-
ity of Durham.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 2nd day of of
July, 1985.
