BY-LAW NO. 2037/85
Being a by-law to exempt Lots 62, 63, 64, 65,
76 and Block 131, Plan 40M-1333, Pickering,
from part lot control
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 49(7) of the Planning Act, 1983,
S.O. 1983, chapter l, the council of a municipality may by by-law provide that
section 49(5) of the Act does not apply to certain lands within a plan of subdivision
designated in the by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 49(5) of the Planning Act, ~983, S.O. 1983, chapter 1, does not apply
to the lands described as follows:
Lots 62, 63, 64, 65, 76 and Block 131, Registered Plan 40M-1333, Pickering
This by-law shall not come into effect until approved by the Regional Municipal-
ity of Durham.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 3rd day of June,
1985.
