BY-LAW ~]MBER 2008/85
Being a by-law to amend By-law 911/78
designatin~ certain highways within the
Town of Pickering as through highways
WHEREAS By-law 911/78, as amended, designates certain highways within the Town of
Picketing as through highways; and
WHERFAS it is deemed expedient to amend By-]aw 911/78 to provide for a three way slop
at the intersection of Bushmill Street and Liverpool Road;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY E~ACTS as
follows:
Schedule "A" to By-law 911/78 is hereby repealed and the Schedule attached
hereto as Schedule "I" to this by-law is substituted therefor.
This by-law shall come into force on the date that it is approved by the
Council of the Regional Municipality of Durham and when signs to the effect
are erected.
