BY-LAW NO. 2003/85
Being a by-law to exempt Lots 6 and 7, Plan
40M-1234, Picketing, from part lot control.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 49(7) of the Planning Act, 1983,
S.O. 1983, chapter 1, the council of a municipality may by by-law provide that
section 49(5) of the Act does not apply to certain lands within a plan of subdivision
designated in the by-law:
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
l. Section 49(5) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1983, chapter 1, does not apply
to the lands described as follows:
Lots 6 and 7, Registered Plan 40M-1234, Pickering
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 15thday of April,
1985.
