BY-LAW NO. 1999 /85
Being a by-law to exempt Lots 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 8
and Block 17, Plan 40M-1321, Lots 1, 2, and 3,
Plan 40M-1322 and Lot 404, Plan M-1059, Picker-
lng from part lot control.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 49(7) of the Planning Act, 1983,
S.O. 1983, chapter 1, the Council of a municipality may by by-law provide that
section 49(5) of the Act does not apply to certain lands within a plan of subdivision
designated in the by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 49(5) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1983, chapter 1, does not apply
to the lands described as follows:
(a) Lots 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 8 and Block 17, Plan 40M-1321, Picketing;
(h) Lots 1, 2, and 3, Plan 40M-132g, Picketing; and
(c) Lot 404, Plan M-1059, Pickering.
This by-law shall not come into effect until approved by the Regional Municipal-
ity of Durham.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 1st
April, 1985.
