BY-LAW NO. 1989/85
Being a by-]aw to repeal By-]aw 1805/84, au-
thorizing the execut~n of a Subdivision Agree-
ment between The Corporation of the Town of
P~ckering and 556168 Ontario Limited respecting
part Lot 22, Concession 2, P/ckering (Draft Plan
18T-79049, western part)
WHEREAS the Council of The CorporatiDn of the Town of Picketing enacted By-]aw
1805/84 on March 19th, 1984, authorizing the execution of a Subdi%H~nn Agreement
between the Town and 556168 Ontario Limited respec~ng the development of part ~ot
22, Concess~0n 2, Picketing (Draft P]an 18T-79049, western part); and
WHEREAS, pursuant to section 35 of that Agreement, the Council of The Corpora%~on
of the Town of Picketing declared such Agreement to be null and void on March 18th,
1985;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-law 1805/84 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and f~nally passed ~ 18th day of
March, 1985.
