BY-LAW NO. 1981 /85
Being a by-law to dedicate Block 51, Plan 40M-
1309 (Fawndale Road); and Block 48, Plan 40M-
1309 and Block 24, Plan 40M-1318 (Gwendolvn
Street) as public highway, and to repeal By-law
1960/85.
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of Blocks 48 and
51, Plan 40M-1309; and Block 24, Plan 40M-1318 which it desires to dedicate as public
hlghway ~
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickerlng HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Block 51, Plan 40M-1309, Picketing, is hereby dedicated as public highway
(Fawndale Road).
Block 48, Plan 40M-1309, Picketing, and Block 24, Plan 40M-1318, Pickering,
are hereby dedicated as public highway (Gwendolyn Street).
By-law 1960/85 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this llth day of
March, 1985.
