BY-LAW NUMBER 1964/85
Being a Zoning By-law to amend Restricted
Area (Zoning) By-law 3036, as amended, to
implement %he Official Plan of the Town
of Picketing District Planning Area,
Region of Durham, in Part Lot 30, Concession
in the Town of Picketing. (A 33/B4)
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing
passed By-law 1837/84, amending By-law 3036, on the 7th day
of May, 1984 to permit the development of detached dwellings
to occur on the subject lands being Part Lot 301 Concession 1
in the Town of Pickering;
AND WHEREAS By-law 1837/84 did not require the approval of
the Ontario Municipal Board,
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Picketing now deems it desirable to amend Schedule I of By-law
1837/84,
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN
OF PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
