BY-LAW NO. 1960 /85
Being a by-law to dedicate Block ~, Plan 40M-
1304, and Block 61, Plan 40M-1306 (Riverview
Crescent); Block 60, Plan 40M-1306 and Block 51,
Plan 40M-1309 (Fawndale Road); and Block 48,
Plan 40M-1309 and Block 24, Plan 40M-1318 (Gwen-
dolyn Street) as public highway.
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block ~, Plan
40M-1304; Blocks 60 and 61, Plan 40M-1306; Blocks 48 and 51, Plan 40M-1309; and
Block 24, Plan 40M-1318 which it desires to dedicate as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE,
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Block/~~ Plan 40M-1304, Pickering, and Bloc~//~l) Plan 40M-1306,
are h~y dedicated as public highway (Rivervie~Crescent).
Bloc O, Plan 40M- 306, Picke ng, and Block Plan 40M-.09,
are h~,r/Shy dedicated as public highway (Fawndale Road),
the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY

Pickering,
3. Block 48, Plan 40M-1309, Picketing, and Block 24, Plan 40M-1318, Picketing,
are hereby dedicated as public highway (Gwendolyn Street).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 21st day of
January, 1985.
