BY-LAW 1957/85
Being a by-law to amend By-law 506/76 to
provide for the erection of "Stop" signs
at certain intersections within the Town
of Pickering
WHEREAS By-law 506/76 provides for the erection of "Stop" signs at certain inter-
sections within the Town of Pickering; and
WHEREAS it is now deemed expedient to amend that by-law to provide for stops at the
intersection of Riverview Crescent and Valley Gate, Rouge Valley Drive and Gwendolyn
Street and Valley Gate and Fawndale Road;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS as
follows:
Schedule "I" to By-law 506/76 is hereby repealed and the
Schedule attached hereto as Schedule "A" to this by-law is
substituted therefor.

This by-law shall come into force on the day that it is
approved by the Council of the Regional Munikcipality of
Durham and when signs to the effect are erected.
By-law read a First, Second and Third time and PASSED this 21st day of January, 1985.
