BY-LAW NUMBER 1955/85
Being a by-law to amend By-law Number
264/75 to establish the speed limit on
Liverpool Road, south of Bayly Street
at 40 kilometres per hour.
WHEREAS By-law Number 264/75
limits on highways under the
and
allows Council to authorize the speed
jurisdiction of the Town of Pickering;
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to establish the speed limit on
Liverpool Road, south of Bayly Street at 40 kilometres (25 miles)
per hour;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
Schedule "B" of By-law Number 264/75 is
deleting the following line:
Liverpool Road Annland Street
and adding thereto the following line:
Liverpool Road Bayly Street
hereby amended by
Lake Ontario
Lake Ontario
This by-law shall take effect upon approval by the Regional
Municipality of Durham.
BY-LAW READ a first, second and third time and finally PASSED this
21st day of January, 1985.
