BY-LAW NO. 2346~86
Being a By-law to dedicate parts of Lot 21,
Concession 2, Picketing as public highway (Part
1, Plan 40R-8783 and Part ~, Plan 40R-8784;
Valley Farm Road).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of parts of Lot 21,
Concession 2, Pickering, and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Those parts of Lot 21, Concession 2, Picketing, designated as Part 1, Plan
40R-8783 and Part ~, Plan 40R-8784, are hereby dedicated as public highway
(Valley Farm Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this lSth day of
December, 1986.
