BY-LAW NUMBER 2345/86
Being a by-law to amend By-law 2122/85 to appoint
persons to various agencies, boards and committees.
Whereas By-law 2122/85 enacted on December 16, 1986 appointed Mr. William
Voss to the Committee of Adjustment; and
Whereas by a letter dated November 20, 1986, Mr. Voss resigned as a
member of the Committee of Adjustment effective December 31, 1986; and
Whereas it is deemed expedient to fill the vacant position;
Now Therefore the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
hereby enacts as follows:
1. By-law 2122/85 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
following:
6. e) Mr. William Voss
and adding thereto the following:
6. e) Donna S. Austin
2. This By-law shall be effective as of January l, 1987.
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 15th
day of December, 1986.
