BY-LAW NO.2330 /86
Being a by-law to authorize the execution of a
Release of a Development Agreement respecting
that part of Lot 19, Concession 8, Pickering,
designated as Part 2, Plan 40R-8814 (Hinchliffe/
Kennedy)
WHEREAS it is necessary to remove from title an agreement between
Ronald Hinchliffe and David Chester Kennedy, dated June 30, 1986
October 14, 1986, as Instrument No. D232079;

NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Release in the form
attached hereto as Schedule A of a Development Agreement dated June 30, 1986
and registered October 14, 1986 as Instrument No. D232079 respecting that part
of Lot 19, Concession 8, Pickering, designated as Part 2, Plan 40R-8814.

BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 1st day of Decem-
ber, 1986.

RELEASE
In consideration of the sum of Two Dollars ($2.00) paid to it, receipt of which is
hereby by it acknowledged,
THE CORPORATION OF THE TO~,~N OF PICKERING
hereby releases and forever discharges
RONALD HINCHLIFFFE
AND
DAVID CHESTER KENNEDY
their heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of and from all claims,
demands, damages, actions or causes of action which may have arisen, are arising, or
may arise as a result of or in any way related to an agreement dated June 30, 1986
and registered as Instrument No, 2320?9 on October 14, 1986, between

and
RONALD HINCHLIFFE
and
DAVID CHESTER KENNEDY
concerning the lands more particularly described in Schedule A attached hereto.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF The Corporation of the Town of Picketing has hereunto affixed
its corporate seal attested by its properly authorized officers this Ist day of Decem-
ber, 1986.

of Lot 19, Concession 8, Picketing, designated as Part Z, Plan 40R-$814:
