By-law No. 8103/24
Being a by-law to name Part of Lot 21, Concession 1
Pickering; designated as Parts 5, 10, 24, 32, 33 and 34, Plan
40R-31180.
Whereas pursuant to the Municipal Act, S.O. 2001, c. 25, the council of a local municipality may pass by-laws for giving names to or changing the names of private
roads.
Now therefore the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering hereby enacts as follows:
1.The private road comprising of Part of Lot 21, Concession 1 Pickering;designated as Parts 5, 10, 24, 32, 33 and 34, Plan 40R-31180; is hereby named
Universal City Way.
By-law passed this 22nd day of April, 2024.
