BY-LAW NO.2321
Being a By-law to dedicate part of Lots 44 and
45, Plan 2], Pickering as public highway (Part 1,
Plan 40R-9542; Churchwin Street, Whitevale).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of part of Lots 44
and 45, Plan 21, Picketing, and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
That part of Lots 44 and 45, Plan 21, Picketing, designated as Part 1, Plan
40R-9542 is hereby dedicated as public highway (Churchwin Street, Whitevale).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 20th day of
September, 1986.
