THE BOARD ORDERS that the appeal is hereby dismissed.

THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
BY-LAW NUMBER 2317/86
Being a Zoning By-law to amend By-law 1493/82, which
amended Restricted Area (Zoning) By-law 5036, as
amended, to implement the Official Plan of the Town
of Pickering District Planning Area, Region of Durham,
in Lots 51 to 44 inclusive, Plan 40M-1272, in the Town
of Pickering. (A 36/86)
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
passed By-law 1493/82, amending By-law 3036, to permit the
development of detached dwellings, on lots with minimum frontages of
12 metres and 13.5 metres, to occur on the subject lands being Lots
51 to 44, inclusive, Plan 40M-1272, in the Town of Pickering;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
now deems it desirable to amend Schedule "I" of By-law 1493/82, to
permit the re-orientation of lot lines to occur on the subject lands;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. SCHEDULE AMENDMENT
Schedule "I" to By-law 1493/82 is hereby amended by changing the
configuration of the zone designations of the lands hatched on
Schedule "I" attached hereto.
1. BY-LAW 1493/82
By-law 1493/82 is herby amended, only to the extent necessary to
give effect to the provisions of this By-law as it applies to
the lands hatched on Schedule "I" attached hereto. Definitions
and subject matter not specifically dealt with in this By-law
shall be governed by the relevant provisions of By-law 1493/82.
EFFECTIVE DATE
This By-law shall take effect from the day of passing hereof,
subject to the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board.
