BY-LAW NO. 2306/86
Being a By-law to dedicate Blocks 239, 240, 241,
242, 243, 244 and 245, Plan 40M-1325, Picketing,
as public highway (Mountcastle Crescent; Redbird
Crescent; Glenanna Road [ Hun tsmill Drive;
Glenanna Road).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of Blocks 239, 240,
241, 242, 243, 244 and 245, Plan 40M-1325, Picketing, and wishes to dedicate them as
public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Blocks 239 and 240, Plan 40M-1325, Pickering, are hereby dedicated as public
highway (Glenanna Road).
2. Block 241, Plan 40M-1325, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway
(Glenanna Road).
Blocks 242 and 243, Plan 40M-1325, Pickering, are hereby dedicated as public
highway (Redbird Crescent).
Blocks 244 and 245, Plan 40M-1325, Pickering, are hereby dedicated as public
highway (Mountcastle Crescent).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 15th day of Sep-
tember, 1986.
