BY-LAW NO. 2305/86
Being a By-law to exempt Lots 46, 47, 48, 49, 50
and 51, Plan 40M-1380, Picketing from part lot
control.
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 49(7) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O.
1983, chapter l, the council of a municipality may by by-law provide that section
49(5) of the Act does not apply to certain lands within a plan of subdivision des-
ignated in the by-lawl
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 49(5) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1983, chapter l, does not apply
to the lands described as follows:
Lots 46, 47, 48, 49, 50 and 51, Plan 40M-1380, Pickering.
This by-law shall not come into effect until approved by the Regional Municipal-
ity of Durham.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 15th day of
September, 1986.
