BY-LAW NO. 2304 /86
Being a By-law to dedicate parts of Lot 18,
Range 3, Broken Front Concession, Pickering as
public highway (Parts 2, 5 and 6, Plan 40R-2638;
Clements Road).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of parts of Lot 18,
Range 3, Broken Front Concession, Picketing, and wishes to dedicate them as public
highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Those parts of Lot 18, Ran ge 3, Broken Front Concession, Picketing,
designated as Parts 2, 5 and 6, Plan 40R-2638 are hereby dedicated as public
highway (Clements Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 15thday of Sep-
tember, 1956.
