BY-LAW NO. 2303/86
Being a By-law to dedicate Blocks 71 and 73,
Plan 40M-1414, Pickering, as public highway
(Holiyhedge Drive; Melman Street).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of Blocks 71 and
73, Plan 40M-1414, Picketing, and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Block 71, Plan 40M-1414, Pickering is hereby dedicated as public highway
(melman Street).
2. Block 73, Plan 40M-1414, Picketing is hereby dedicated as public highway
(Hollyhedge Drive).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 15thday of Sep-
tember, 1986.
