Being a By-law to dedicate Block 114, Plan
40M-1413, Pickering, as public highway (Beaton
Way).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of Block 114, Plan
40M-1413, Picketing, and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering tIEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Block 114, Plan 40M-1413, Picketing, is hereby dedicated as public highway
(Beaton Way).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 15thday of Sep-
tember, 1986.
