The City Clerk certified that all Members of Council were present and participating in-person.

3.Education & Training
Resolution #423/24
Moved by Councillor Robinson Seconded by Councillor Butt
That Council move into closed session in accordance with the provisions of Sections 239(2) and (3.1) of the Municipal Act and the Procedure By-law for the purpose of educating and training Members of Council as it relates to Council Chamber Safety & Security Training, this meeting is closed to the public and no decisions shall be made or
considered.

Seconded by Councillor Robinson That Council rise from the closed session.
Carried
Mayor Ashe stated that during the closed portion of the Meeting, Council received Council Chamber Safety & Security Training, and noted that no decisions were made or considered by Council.
