BY-LAW NO. 2301/86
Being a By-law to dedicate Blocks 133 to 137,
Plan 40M-1380, Pickering, as public highway
(Dellbrook Avenue; Denby Drive; Duberry Drive;
Major Oaks Road).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Blocks 133, 134,
135, 136 and 137, Plan 40M-1380, Picketing, and wishes to dedicate them as public
highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Block 133, Plan 40M-1380, Pickering is hereby dedicated as public highway
(Dellbrook Avenue).
2. Block 134, Plan 40M-1380, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway
(Denby Drive).
Blocks 135 and 136, Plan 40M-1380, Pickering, are hereby dedicated as public
highway (Major Oaks Road).
4. Block 137, Plan 40M-1380, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway
(Duberry Drive).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 15thday of Sep-
tember, 1986.
