THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
BY-LAW NO. 2300/86
Being a By-law to dedicate Blocks 128. 129, 130,
132 and 133. Plan 40M-1379, Picketing, as public
highway (Beaton Way; Major Oaks Road)
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of Blocks 128, 129,
130, 132 and 133, Plan 40M-1379, Picketing, and wishes to dedicate them as public
highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Blocks 128, 129 and 130, Plan 40M-1379, Picketing are hereby dedicated as
public highway (Major Oaks Road).
2. Block 132, Plan 40M-]379. Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway
(Major Oaks Road and Beaton Way).
3. Block 133, Plan 40M-1379, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway
(Beaton Way).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this l5th day of Sep-
tember, 1986.
