BY-LAW NO. 2295/86
Being a by-law to stop up parts of Old Trespass
Road in Lots 34 and 35, Range 3, B.F.C.,
Picketing (Parts 1, 5 and 6, Plan 40R-9629)
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 298 of the Municipal
]980, chapter 302, the Council of any municipality may pass by-laws
highway or part thereof; and

WHEREAS, notice of this by-law has been published once a week for four consecutive
weeks, the provisions of the municipal act relating to the stopping up a highway have
been complied with;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Those parts of Lot 34, Range 3, B.F.C., Pickering, designated as Parts 5 and
6, Plan 40R-9629 and that part of Lot 35, Range 3, B.F.C., Picketing, des-
ignated as Part 1, Plan 40R-9629, are hereby stopped up and closed to
vehicular and pedestrian traffic.
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 5th day of August, 1986.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 15th day of September, 1986.
