BY-LAW NO. 2292 /86
Being a By-law to authorize the execution of a
Development Agreement respecting Part Lot 28,
Range 3, B.F.C., Pickering, (First City/
Bramalea; A 44/85).
WHEREAS as a condition of the approval of Zoning
A 44/85 the owner of Part Lot 28, Range 3, B.F.C.,
into an appropriate Development Agreement;
By-law Amendment Application
Pickering, is required to enter
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Development Agree-
ment, in the form attached hereto as Schedule A, respecting the development of
Part Lot 28, Range 3, B.F.C., Picketing, (First City/Bramalea; A 44/85).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 5th day of
August, 1986.
