BY-LAW NO.2291 /86
Being a By-law to authorize the execution of a
Development Agreement respecting Part Lots 27
and 28, Range 3, B.F.C., Picketing, (Bramalea
Limited; A 31/86).
WHEREAS as a condition of the approval of Zoning By-law Amendment Application A
31/86, the owner of Part Lots 27 and 28, Range 3, B.F.C., Picketing, is required to
enter into an appropriate Development Agreement;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Development Agree-
ment, in the form attached hereto as Schedule A, respecting the development of
Part Lots 27 and 28, Range 3, B.F.C., Picketing, (Bramalea Limited; A 3]/80).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 5th day of
August, 1986.
