BY-LAW NO.2290 /$6
Being a By-law to authorize the execution of two
Subdivision Agreements respecting Part Lot 33,
Concession 1 and Part Lot 5, Plan 423, Picketing
(Draft Plan 18T-83019; D'Andrea South)
WHEREAS a proposal to subdivide and register two plans of subdivision of part of Lot
33, Concession 1 and Part Lot 5, Plan 423, Picketing has been approved by the
Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering and the Regional Municipality of
Durham, subject to several conditions, one of which requires the entering into of
satisfactory Subdivision Agreements with the Corporation of the Town of Pickering;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Subdivision Agree-
ment, in the form attached hereto as Schedule A respecting part of Lot 33,
Concession 1, Picketing (Draft Plan 18T-83019, North Portion; D'Andrea
South).
The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Subdivision Agreement
in the form attached hereto as Schedule B respecting part of Lot 33, Concession
1, and Part of Lot 5, Plan 423, Picketing (Draft Plan 18T-83019, South Portion;
D'Andrea South).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 5th day of
August, 1986.
