HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 2288/86THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING BY-LAW NUMBER 2288/86 Being a by-law to name the road allowance between Lots 20 and 21 in Range 3, Broken Front Concession and Concession 1 south of the Canadian National Railway right-of-way as Sandy Beach Road. Whereas pursuant to section 210-105 of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1980, c. 302, by-laws may be passed by the councils of local municipalities to provide for the naming of highways; and Whereas the road allowance between Lots 20 and 21 in Range 3, Broken Front Concess- ion, Picketing, is commonly known as Sandy Beach Road; and Whereas the road allowance between Lots 20 and 21 in Concession 1, Picketing is var- iously known as Valley Farm Road and Sandy Beach Road; Now Therefore the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing hereby enacts as follows: The road allowance between Lots 20 and 21, Range 3, Broken Front Concession, Picketing,is hereby named Sandy Beach Road. The southerly 320 metres of the road allowance between Lots 20 and 21, Concess- ion 1, Picketing is hereby named Sandy Beach Road. By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 5th day of August 1986. JClerk ~
