BY-LAW NO. 2268/86
Being a by-law to exempt Blocks 104 and 105, Plan
40M-1350, Pickering, from part lot control.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 49(7) of the Planning Act, 1983,
S.O. 1983, chapter 1, the council of a municipality may by by-law provide that
section 49(5) of the Act does not apply to certain lands within a plan of subdivision
designated in the by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 49(5) of the Planning Act, I983, S.O. 1983, chapter 1, does not apply
to the lands described as follows:
Blocks 104 and 105, Plan 40M-1350, Picketing
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 30th day of June,
1986.
