BY-LAW NO. 2247/86
Being a by-law to repeal By-law 1923/84, au-
thorizing the execution of the Subdivision Agree-
ment for Draft Plan of Subdivision 18T-78019.
WHEREAS, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering has, by
Resolution dated June 16, 1986 declared the Subdivision Agreement dated November
19, 1984 between 456055 Ontario Limited and the Corporation of the Town of Picketing
to be null and void;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-law 19Z3/84 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this I6th day of June,
1986.
