BY-LAW NO. 2218/86
Being a By-law to exempt Lots 102, 103, 104,
105, 106, 107, 108, 109, 110, 111, 112, Plan
40M-1325, Picketing from part lot control.
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 49(7) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O.
]983, chapter ], the council of a municipality may by by-law provide that section
49(5) of the Act does not apply to certain lands within a plan of subdivision des-
ignated in the by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 4(}(5) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O.
to the lands described as follows:
Lots 102, 103, 104, 105, 106, 107, 108, 109,
Pickering
1983, chapter 1, does not apply
110, 111, 112, Plan 40M-1325,
This by-law shall not come into effect until approved by the Regional Municipal-
ity of Durham.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 5th day of May,
1986.
