BY-LAW NO. 2202/86
Being a by-law to exempt Lots 113, 114, 115,
116, 117, 118 and 119, Plan 40M-1325, Picketing,
from part lot control.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 49(7) of the Planning Act, 1083,
S.O. 1980, chapter 1, the council of a municipality may by by-law provide that
section 49(5) of the Act does not apply to certain lands within a plan of subdivision
designated in the by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 49(5) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1983, chapter 1, does not apply
to the lands described as follows:
Lots 113, 114, 115, 116, 117, 118, and I19, Plan 40M-1325, Picketing
2. This by-law shall not come into effect until approved by the Regional
Municipality of Durham.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 21st day of April,
1986.
