BY-LAW NO. 2201/86
Being a by-law to repeal By-law 1833184, au-
thorizing the execution of the Subdi¥ision Agree-
ment for Draft Plan of Subdi¥ision 18T-$3005.
WHEREAS, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing has, by
Resolution dated April 21, 1986 declared the Subdivision Agreement dated May 7,
1984, between J.F. Coughlan Construction Co. Limited and Alastair MacKay Realty
Inc. and the Corporation of the Town of Picketing to be null and void;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-law 1833/84 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 21st day of April,
1986.
