BY-LAW NO. 2199/86
Being a by-law to authorize the execution of a
release of a right of entry to Part Lot 88, (Parcel
88-2), Plan M-1057, Pickering. (LTD22051).
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Instrument No. LTD22051, registered June
22, 1976, the Corporation of the Town of Picketing has a right of entry to that part
of Lot 88, Plan M-1057, Picketing, designated as Parcel 88-2, in the register for
Section M-1057, Town of Pickering; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 193 of the Municipal Act, R.S.O.
1980, chapter 302, the council of a municipal corporation may pass a by-law to dis-
pose of an interest in land when it is no longer required;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
The Moyor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a release in the form
attached hereto as Schedule A respecting the right of entry in favour of the
Corporation of the Town of Picketing, set out in Instrument LTD22051, regis-
tered June 22, 1976 affecting that part of Lot 88, Plan M-1057, Picketing,
designated as Parcel 88-2, in the register for Section M-1057, Town of Picker-
lng, Regional Municipality of Durham.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 21st day of April,
1986.
