BY-LAW NUMBER 2192/86
Being a by-law to amend By-law 911/78
designating certain highways within the
Town of Pickering as through highways
WHEREAS By-law 911/78, as amended, designates certain highways within the Town of
Pickering as through highways; and
WHEREAS it is deamed expedient to amend By-law 911/78 to provide for "Stop" signs at
the intersection of Fieldlight Boulevard and Faylee Crescent (southerly leg) and for a
three-way stop at the intersection of Shadybrook Drive and Edgewood Road (west end)
and a four-way stop at the intersection of Strouds Lane with Aspen Road and Shadybrook
Drive.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS as
follows:
Schedule "A" to By-law 911/78 is hereby repealed and the Schedule attached
hereto as Schedule "I" to this by-law is substituted therefor.
This by-law shall come into force on the date that it is approved by the
Council of the Regional Municipality of Durham and when signs to the effect
are erected.
BY-LAW READ a first, second and third time and PASSED this 21st day of April, 1986.
