BY-LAW NO. 2183/86
Being a by-law to amend By-Law 2144/86 (Interim
Control-Planning )
WHEREAS, on February 3, 1986, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Picketing enacted, pursuant to the provisions of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1983,
c.1, s.37, By-Law 2144/86 to pro¥ide for the interim control of land uses; and
WHEREAS, on February 3, 1986, the Council enacted By-Law 2145/86 amending
By-Law 2144/86 to provide for the interim control of land uses respecting certain
lands including those set out in Map 6 of Schedule B to By-Law 2144/86; and
WHEREAS an additional permitted purpose is to be provided for on those lands during
the period of interim control;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Item 6 of Schedule A to By-Law 2144/86, as made by By-Law 2145/86, is hereby
amended by adding to Column III thereof the following:
home improvement centre (5).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 7th day of April,
1986.
