BY-LAW NUMBER 2177/86
Being a Zoning By-law to amend By-law 1998/85,
which amended Restricted Area (Zoning) By-law 3036,
as amended, to implement the Official Plan of the
Town of Pickering District Planning Area, Region
of Durham, in Part of Lot 25, Concession 1, in the
Town of Pickering. (A 7/86)
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
passed By-law 1998/85, amending By-law 3036, to permit the
development of detached dwellings, on lots with minimum frontages
of 9.0 metres and 13.5 metres, to occur on the subject lands
being Part of Lot 25, Concession 1, in the Town of Pickering.
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering now deems it desirable to amend Schedule "I" of By-law
1998/85, to permit the re-orientation of lot lines to occur on
the subject lands;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
SCHEDULE AMENDMENT
Schedule "I" to By-law 1998/85 is hereby amended by changing
the configuration of the zone designations of the lands
hatched on Schedule "I" attached hereto.
2. BY-LAW 1998/85
By-law 1998/85 is hereby amended, only to the extent
necessary to give effect to the provisions of this By-law
as it applies to the lands hatched on Schedule "I" attached
hereto. Definitions and subject matter not specifically
dealt with in this By-law shall be governed by the relevant
provisions of By-law 1998/85.

This By-law shall take effect from
