The Corporation of the City of Pickering
By-law No. 8050/23
Being a by-law to establish Part Block 43, Plan 40M-
2089, being Part 20, Plan 40R-30118 as public highway
Whereas The Corporation of the City of Pickering is the owner of Part Block 43, Plan
40M-2089, being Part 20, Plan 40R-30118 and wishes to establish it as public highway.
Now therefore the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering hereby enacts as
follows:
1.Part Block 43, Plan 40M-2089, being Part 20, Plan 40R-30118 is hereby
established as public highway (Valley Farm Road).
By-law passed this 23rd day of October, 2023.
