BY-LAW NO. 2165/86
Being a by-law to dedicate part of Part Lot 11,
Plan 820, Pickering as a public highway (Part 3,
Plan 40R-9255; Falrport Road)
WHEREAS, the Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of that part of Part
Lot ll, Plan 820, Pickering, designated as Part 3, Plan 40R-9255, and wishes to
dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That part o{ Part Lot 11, Plan 820, Picketing, designated as Part 3, Plan
40R-9255 is hereby dedicated as public highway (Fairport Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 3rd day of
March, 1986.
