BY-LAW NO. 2164/86
Being a by-law to exempt Lots 97, 98 and 99,
Plan 40M-1333, Picketing, from part lot control.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 49(7) of the Planning Act, lq83,
S.O. 1980, chapter 1, the council of a municipality may by by-law provide that
section 49(5) of the Act does not apply to certain lands within a plan of subdivision
designated in the by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 49(5) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1983, chapter 1, does not apply
to the lands described as follows:
Lots 97, 98 and 99, Registered Plan 40M-1333, Picketing
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 3rd day of
March , 1986.
