BY-LAW NO. 2163186
Being a by-law to authorize the sale of those
parts of Lot 30, Range 3, B.F.G., Picketing,
designated as Parts 3, 4 and 5, Plan 40R-2206 to
the abutting owner.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Instrument No. D17769, registered October 30, 1975, the
Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner in fee simple of those parts of Lot
30, Range 3, B.F.C., Pickering, designated as Parts 3, 4 and 5, Plan 40R-2206
which are no longer required by the Municipality;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering tlEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute the
documents necessary to effect the conveyance of those parts of Lot 30, Range
3, B.F.G., Picketing, designated as Parts 3, 4 and 5, Plan 40R-2206, for the
sale price of $4,445.00 and subject to the conditions set out in the Town Solici-
tor's Report #19/86 dated February 20, 1986.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 3rd day of March,
1986.
