BY-LAW NO. 2159/86
Being a by-law to exempt Lots 42. 43, 46, 47,
53, 54, 56 and 57, Plan 40M-1362, Pickering, from
part lot control.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 49(7) of the Planning Act, 1983,
S.O. 1980, chapter 1, the council of a municipality may by by-law provide that
section 40(5) of the Act does not apply to certain lands within a plan of subdivision
designated in the by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 49(5) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1983, chapter 1, does not apply
to the lands described as follows:
Lots 42, 43, 46, 47, 53, 54, 56 and 57, Plan 40M-1362, Picketing
2. This by-law shall not come into effect until approved by the Regional
Municipality of Durham.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 17th day of
February, 1986.
