BY-LAW NO. 2158/86
Being a by-law to exempt Lot Il, Plan 40M-1352.
Picketing, from part lot control.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 49(7) of the Planning Act, lq83,
S.O. 1980, chapter 1, the council of a municipality may by by-law provide that
section 49(5) of the Act does not apply to certain lands within a plan of subdivision
designated in the by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 49(5) of the P]annlng Act, 1083, S.O. 1983, chapter 1, does not apply
to the lands described as follows:
Lot 11, Registered Plan 40M-1352, Picketing
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 17th day of
February, 1986.
