BY-LAW NO. 2157/86
Being a by-law to exempt Lots 31. 32. 33, 34.
35, 36. 37, 42, 43 and 44. Plan 40M-1272,
Pickering. from part lot control.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 49(7) of the Planning Act, 1983,
S.O. 1980, chapter 1, the council of a municipality may by by-law provide that
section 49(5) of the Act does not apply to certain lands within a plan of subdivision
designated in the by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOW, S:
Section 49(5) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1983, chapter 1, does not apply
to the lands described as follows:
Lots 31. 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 42, 43 and 44, Registered Plan 40M-1272.
Picketing
2. By-law 1848/84 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 17th day of
February, 1986.
