BY-LAW NO. 2156/86
Being a by-law to repeal By-law No, 1877/84,
exempting Lots 1, 2, and 3, Plan 40M-]272, from
part lot control.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 49(7) of the Planning Act, 1983,
S.O. 1983, chapter 1, the council of a municipality may repeal a part lot control
by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, THE Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-law No. 1877/84 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 17th day of
February, 1986.
