BY-LAW NO. 2154
Being a By-law to dedicate part of the road
allowance between Lots 20 and 21, Concession 2,
Pickering, as a public highway (Part 1, Plan
40R-9251; Valley Farm Road).
WHEREAS, the Corporation of the Town of Picketing ~s the owner of that part of the
road allowance between Lots 20 and 21, Concession 2, Picketing, designated as Part
1, Plan 40R-9251, and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW TIIEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
That part of the road allowance between Lots 20 and 21, Concession 2, Picker-
lng, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-9251 is hereby dedicated as public highway
(Valley Farm Road).
2. Section 2 of By-law 1945/84 is hereby revoked and the following substituted
therefore:
The conveyance to the abutting owner to the west at a nominal sum of
the lands described in Schedule A attached hereto, save and except
that part thereof designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-9251, is hereby
authorized.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this th day of
